Salamander RGP 80 and mix problems

Hi

I have fitted 2x Salamader RGP 80 Single pumps

1 in loft off the cold storage to upstairs bathroom

1 in bathroom hot feeding sink/bath/shower


The problem, both pumps run fine, when run individually, the problem occurs when I try to mix, hot>cold no go cold>hot no go

it stays on the first selected pump, ie hot or cold, if I turn off and then go to the other pump it will them work, mixing will NOT work

Any more information needed please ask, any suggestions welcomed

have you connected two pumps in the same pipework ?if yes
then they might not work together at the same time.they work best fitted to a totally dedicated supply to each.
