Salus RT500RF

Can anyone help? The control panel is showing a flame and the red and green lights are showing on the thermostat but there is no heat from the radiator. I have tried the radiator independently from the thermostat and it is working fine.

What do you mean by "radiator" do you mean central heating? And how did you test it independently without the Salus?
