Can someone help. Have had the rt500rs, after the basic nonprogramable salus unit. It has been fine for the last 6 months, apart from 1 constant problem - although its been left at its factory setting of 22 degrees and no programs set, at night the unit ignores its set temp and i get a freezing 2 or 3hours. Usually at 4am!
And over the weekend, although either set at 22 or 21 degrees manually, it keeps dropping the manual set temp on its own! Down to 14 degrees usually. Why? And whats going on with it?
It has fresh batteries and reset as a troubleshooting.
