Samsung SRD 1653-D DVR Remote Viewing Issue

Hi,

I have a Samsung SRD 1653-D. I have connected to the network. Forwarded all relevant ports with the router (Super router ISP being TalkTalk). Ipolis ddns seems to be stopped by the router. Set up a dyndns configured it to the router with it syncronised. Now I'm putting the relevant ddns information to DVR I have had it connected on the ipolis app via local wifi and other wifi but as soon as you try via mobile data it just won't connect.Has anyone got a resolution to this? If so it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
