scantronic 9100 help to definitively omit a zone

Hello and sorry with my poor English writing skills,

I've got an old 9100 alarm in my new bought house.

I need to change the windows, and there is 4 of them equipped with a contact break-in detector. Zone 3&4.

I cannot re use them with the new windows so i need to desactivate them definitively (I don't want to omit them each time i set in the alarm).

I do not understand which is the proper command in the programming mode :

20 Entry route zone disabled
21 Entry rout zone enabled Y
30 Soak test disabled Y
31 Soak test enabled
40 Omit Allow enabled
41 Omit Allow disabled Y
50 Chime disabled
51 Chime enabled Y
60 Part set guard disabled
61 Part set guard enabled Y
70 24Hr zone disabled Y
71 24Hr zone enabled
80 Double knock disabled Y
81 Double knock enabled
90 Beam pairing disabled Y
91 Beam pairing enabled

I have the engineer code but don't know which command I have to disable in regard of my wishes.

You can't ! Remove wires for zones 3/4 and replace with a shorting link of wire.

I don't know why I can't find on my own the most simple solution.

By the way, do you know if I could replace the magnetic switch which is inside the old window by a new "outside" switch attached to the window frame ? Is there any elec specification I must follow when buying the new one ?

You need a surface contact like a ..... CQR 517 basic contact
