Scantronic 9800 wired pir needs replacing

My scantronics 9800 alarm fitted in 95, has developed a fault with one of the wired sensors, I have cleaned and even taped over the sensor, but still the same sensor will trigger the alarm when armed. Alarm can be set for 30mins or two days but same pir is showing on control panel once the alarm has activated.
I would like to know where I can purchase a wired pir sensor for the scantronic 9800 series using 6 wires or any suggestions on how I may fix this.

There are any number of PIRs on the market. Almost any of them will do!

I like the Optex RX40PT, others may prefer a different brand. Remember that the higher the quality (and price...), the less likely they are to false alarm.
