Scantronic 9851 (I think) tamper 02 reset needed

Hello, inherited the alarm system when bought the house 4 years ago. Don’t have the engineer code, only the user code and fob.

Needed the change the battery (displays kept beeping at random times). Now replaced the battery but says exp tamper 02 and reset required. Then gives me a reset code for which I believe I need an anti code. How can I bypass this and reset engineer code without losing configuration?

Help greatly appreciated. Thanks.

U will have to do a first stage reset which is detailed in the manual which will reset the codes only
