I did get sicatica but since Lock down it has disappeared along with a niggle in my back. I would get it while doing Yoga or when not.
The only thing I can put it down to is my body having a rest from work and yoga during Lock down and my other thing.
There are plenty of stretches in yoga
that may help but I can't really say they helped me.
For now I'm sciatica and back pain free.
