Keep seeing these advertised.

I gather any unused boxes are to be boarded over once the tabs are broken off.

Seems like the tacker would need to be taught how to cut the hole in the board in the correct place.

Can we really rely on the tack to cut out the correct boxes?

Is adding/finding an extra box going to be awkward in the future?

How is one expected to board over the uprights where the box gets screwed to?

Presumably this would make a bump in the plasterboard?

In priciple I like the idea that someone else other than me will get lumbered into cutting out the plasterboard, but it looks like a poor design to me.
