Just got the new one.

Puzzled.

What is the difference between 13335-62 and 28044-62 or 13801-62 and 68440-62, both on page 67?

I haven't looked, but I'll take a stab:

There is no difference - they are all available cheaper elsewhere.

One's metric, one's imperial. And yet so close as to be functionally (and totally compatible with fittings..) identical.
 
0.125mm 3/8in is slightly smaller than 9.5mm I do agree the clamp really should have it's size marked rather than just a reference as to which earth rod to use it with.
Since neither of the thinner rods allow you to sink more than one I would question their use. And with 8mm (50mm sq) being minimum permitted see table 54.1 a 3/8 inch rod is only just thick enough to comply.
