Having fixed a number of these brackets previously then why are you asking such a simple question?...were the previous brackets you fitted hit and miss regarding the load bearing???
get the right screw and plugs for the job FFS , are YOU actually fixing the boiler to the wall ???? . for starters in terms or regulations if not gas safe
