SDS Bit into an SDS Plus chuck?

Quick question - will Standard SDS bits fit an SDS Plus chuck?
 
Yes they will.

I don't know what the difference is between the + and the standard, I did hear that it was if the drill had a rotary stop on it so you could use a chisel to knock tiles off and the like.
