Basically I've used some spare OSB2 to make a desk in my shed/office.

Unfinished it's a bit rough on the desktop due to the nature of OSB2. I'm just wondering the best way to seal/finish/clear coat/other the OSB2 so it becomes a nice surface to lean and work on while using my computer?

Pin /stick hardboard to the top, nice smooth surface that can be varnished makes a suprisingly robust work surface even for a workbench, and cheap as chips :D

and if you pin it on its a cheap job to renew it if it gets tatty!
