sealing slate tiles

Hi - I've cocked up, any advice welcome, I have a slate bathroom floor which needed re-sealing, before sealing i cleaned it with a bleach cleaner, after sealing, cloudy white patches have appeared all over the slates - i'm guessing the sealant has reacted with the bleach. Any ideas for a remedy please?? The wife wants to boil my *******s for breakfast.
