I can't see the incoming supply unless it's hidden behind the spaghetti

Look VERY closely at the very r/h side of the busbar cover.

Above the "ON" of "CONNECTIONS" is a large screw head.

Trapped behind this is a fabric-covered rubber insulated neutral tail...

You can just see it poking out above the busbar cover.

The sticker reffers to the entire installation, the actual new colored cable may be elsewhere in the install.
