They where designed and manufactured in north wales by a firm called Technical Support and Supplies. They where bought out by WRTL a few years back and far as im aware production of the isolators was stopped.
A TSS isolator unit is quite a common sight in many lamp column bases around the Cheshire area as they where the only cutouts fitted here for a while.
