You're welcome to come over and discuss but at the moment I am being pulled in all directions by customers like the fox to the hounds.
The problem is finding people to do the work who are able and fast enough. We as individuals cannot actually do all the work.
I recently did a bathroom for the former owner of BC Gratton a local decorating firm, he had 15 staff. He taught me quite a bit about business. The key for him was getting people to do the work on price. He often found that he was there finishing off to meat deadlines while they were all in the pub. Decorators like a drink by all accounts and are very unreliable about turning up.
For me to take on a new project like that I would have to find some more poeple skilled and prepared to work on price.
I am not saying I won't get there, but that is not where I am at.

above all else you need to be VERY THICK SKINNED as you ignore other trades to earn your money a bit of a bull is the expression.nowadays i only do one off new builds at the higher end of the market get well paid and am happy with the equip i spec and supply.so many people now into plumbing new build price work is not worth the effort with cheap materials and cheaper labour available.
