Semi gloss timber paint?

Various paint companies do semi - gloss, satin and eggshell finishes in their ranges.
Gloss - high sheen
satin/semi-gloss - mid sheen
eggshell - low sheen
I do some research if i was you as you r very open to corrosive conditions, it would well be worth considering coatings of a more industrial nature. In my experience the normal brand names are usually only good for 3-4 years so you could probably half that. Try and find out what they paint your local lighthouse with!
