Setting up in property maintenance, self taught and jack of all trades (though do have a HNC civils from many years ago).
Any advice on legal limitations as regards work I can offer. Don't do much electrics of course, any any I do gets verified by a qualified dude.
Also am getting liability insurance, best deals?
