Severe limescale build-up on toilet pan

Now that I've got it looking brand new. Is there anything I can add to the cistern tank to keep the water coming out with less limescale?

So it's just best to clean the limescale on the pan occasionally rather than adding anything

Yep, get the spray version I mentioned earlier, let it soak in then use the toilet brush on it.
