I'm amazed old Camberwickgreen didn't torch the gaff when he moved his own Gas meter!!

Short term memory failure again. You have been told it was moved by National Grid and you have been shown the paper work for the move.

So STOP telling blatent lies.

So @ what temperature is the water stored?
What are the dimensions of this custom made cylinder? 950 by 450
What is the surface area of mains fed coil? 160,000 mm²
What is the surface area of primary heating coil? not known
You had this custom made so the specifications should be at hand or something you wouldn't forget in a hurry. that was just one of many things to do before moving in and memory got overloaded
BTW most manufactures recommend a minimum thermal store temp of 75c.

Temperature of the hot water is 65.5°C ( it is not a thermal store )
Flow rate at the shower hot is 7.5 ltr per minute

The calculated external surface area of the mains fed coil is 160,000 mm² and this was achieved by forming the coil with 6.5 metres of 8 mm diameter pipe.

The error was that the size of the secondary coil significantly reduced the volune of water in the cylinder.

From memory the worse case was for water to the shower to be raised in temperature from 5°C to circa 50°C with water in tank at 50°C
