I live in a standard terrace, with a rear addition at the back, both my neighbour and I have now built into the spare space down the side of the terraces and now we share a common gutter. I think our leases should both be amended to clearly state and identify that we are jointly liable for any costs for repairs to the shared gutter. He is refusing to engage, I was going to apply to the LVT for changes to be forced. however I have to put the changes down in my application, ie write what the new terms of the lease will say. Anyone got any suggestions or help on how and what should be included in the changes.
