Hello,
Any views, opinions greatly appreciated from experienced DIYer/builders and generally knowledgeable persons.

I wish t0 build a shed on existing decking. The decking is solid as a rock.

My questions is where do I lay the DPC roll ?

Between the decking and the the treated timber that makes the frame....

...or... do I secure treated timber to the decking as the frame - then put DPC and then put the frame on top od this ??

Kind regards. Pete

OK - thank you just put the treated timber direct the existing decking and build the shed .......

Thats it! unless you have water lying on the deck there shouldnt be any source of dampness, if there was you would fix a dpc to the underside of the bottom of the frame.
