I have a metal shed with just a double socket the wiring is from the fuse box straight to the double socket should an earth wire be taken from the socket to a connection on the shed Thank for reading
If the metal of the shed is in obvious contact with the ground, you might, depending on the earthing system of the house, require a 10mm² bonding conductor from the shed back to the house Main Earthing Terminal or
disconnect the shed from the house earth and install an earth rod at the shed.
You really need an electrician (who knows what he is doing) to inspect and test the installation.
