Shed wiring - maintaining IP rating

Are you more concerned with appearance or the IP rating?

I'm concerned about the IP rating of course, safety being critical

I thought it would be something as simple as this, and a must of the drain holes, I believe they're already marked in the box

You do, of course, alter the IP rating by drilling a hole.

Yes RCD Protected at the CU and another was installed in the shed

You don't want or need another installed in the shed.

No, but he has fed it from the CU in the house. All he needs in the shed is a switched FCU for the lights, sockets can be connected directly.
