Water vapour is invisible, steam is not water vapour,
The 0 volt of the 19 volts ( most common lap top supply voltage ) is connected to the metal work of the lap top. When the mains bridges the gap and reaches one or both of the 19 volt wires the lap top metal work will be at mains ( or mains minus 19 volts ).
This could be funny but it is seriously dangerous.
cause it aint a wind up, its low voltage and shouldnt be giving shocks in any event should it?
i know a bit about electrics.......
just been in the bath and been getting shocks from the case of my laptop onto my wrist, didnt happen to my fingers though, just got out now, unplugged it tried touching it and no shock...
