indeed, I found that stuff too. certainly something like that but ideally at £1.72 for the pack of 5, rather than £1.72 each, moq x5!
I've always made it myself before by soldering lengths of copper wire into a comb structure.
perhaps it dont exist.

When needed in panels i often make up Tri rated cable links with twin and single insulated ferrules

Use the jumpers which the maker of the connector blocks makes to be used as jumpers for his connector blocks.
