What kind of price could I expect to pay for an annual service on a 5 year old combi boiler?
Not sure if it's been serviced annually, and no way to find out. Have looked for any paperwork but can't find any and old bank statements don't show a standing order/direct debit set up for one, so assume not been done.
Can't remember make or size but it heats the hot water in a 3 bed bungalow and serves the whole ground floor UFH. No radiators.

I know it's a "How long is a piece of string?", type question, but are we looking at a few hundred quid or lots more.
No know problems over the 5 years, house is fully thermal insulated, including D/G, 600mm loft insulation and cavity walls insulated, (though not sure what with). Individual thermostats in each room.

Finally found out the make.
It's a Vaillant Eco Fit Pure 825
Can't find anything in the paperwork to suggest it has been serviced over the past 5 years, (not even sure if it is a condensing boiler to be honest).
Does this help at all?

It'll want a couple of seals around the burner replacing but you should get it all done for around £100. It's definitely a condensing boiler, they've been mandatory since 2005
