Hi, I have a problem with my shower head leaking at the thread, I've taken it off with a view to replacing it but it doesn't seem to be a standard thread to change the arm.

Can anyone give advise on if I could find a replacement part with the thread or how to replace the whole arm? For instance does that pipe in the wall screw out? or do I need to find an arm with the same fitting?

Any help much appreciated.

1. Given that there is an "O" ring o the pipe sticking out of the wall, I suspect the arm is made water tight to the pipe like a push fit fitting, and secured in place with the two screws.
2. I suspect this is a proprietary fitting, so you will need to know the make and model of the shower to find a replacement. You might start by looking at Aqualisa Hydramax but I'm far from sure this is it. Have a look at National Shower Spares.
