Hi my electric shower has stated leaking when I turn it on. I’ve took off the cover and the water is gushing out the circled spot on the picture every time the shower is on. Any help please? Thanks

Don't use it for a start and keep it isolated, that's an explosion and/or an electrocution waiting to happen.

A seal's gone by the looks of it. Can it be repaired? Possibly, all down to the make & availability of spares and then having someone confident enough to effect a repair.

Have you considered this? Providing you can safely isolate and leave isolated the shower.

At 45 quid to repair an electric shower ,plus postage to them , that not really worth considering unless the shower is a very expensive one and only a couple of years old. Not much more than that for a brand new ,but fairly basic , Triton shower.

Fit a new one. Stress, time and money will be saved in the long run.

I purchased a shower 10kw for 50£ somewhere. 5 years ago
