When using shower panelling around a shower tray do people tend to silicone the bottom where the tray meets the panels. Or use the special tim you can get? Thanks
Yup ... the trim is just a finishing, it's not designed as a seal.
The tray should silicone sealed to the floor and the wall up to the top of the tray edge, then the wall boards fitted down to the top of the tray edge and then sealed again, then a trim could be used but in all honesty the trim only gives the water a place to gather.
