Hi
I have this F3211000CP installed
When I tried to turn it on it was stiff but went to the on position but no water came out
When I turned it to the off position the water started coming out
Now the on off switch is loose and the water won't turn off

HELP

Sound like the fixing screw has come loose.
There should be either a small hole in the lever where you can gain access with a screwdriver to tighten the screw up, or there could be a small round cap that needs to be prised gently from the level, to gain access to the screw.
But as your on/off positions are out of line, this will need correcting, before tighten, the lever is loose should removable by pulling towards you, this will also allow you to gain access to the valve and close it.
But a plug or cover over the plug hole before removing, you do not want the fix screw disappearing down the plug hole.

Yup, either what prentice mentions or the actual lever itself unscrews from the body of the tap and there will be a screw under that that needs sorting out

Hi
Thanks for the quick replies
When removing the main on off handle I can only see one screw which only turns 45 degrees
When turning it it does nothing to the flow of water
?

I have managed to remove most of it
I finally got to this which is held on by a clip

The brass valve in the middle when turned will open and close the valve.
There is a chance that the grip within the lever has worn and will not turn the valve.

Cheers
The shower is only a couple of weeks old and only osed a few times.
I can turn the valve but it does nothing?
I guess your saying that its knackered.
