Hi,
I have a couple of new installs with wet wall in my bathrooms.
The joints between the shower frames and the wetwall are sealed with clear silicone.
I'm finding the edges on the wetwall side starting to lift, especially whilst cleaning down after use.
The edges therefore are now appearing very visible to the eye, plus the seal is now obviously compromised.
Anyone else finding this, or has my plumber just used the wrong silicone?
I'm pretty sure I saw him using Dow Corning 785.
One finish is high gloss, the other has a slight texture.
Thanks for looking.
