Currently ripping out the kitchen. Looking to install a wet 2mx2m underfloor heating system but was surprised by the price and complexity of these 'kits'

Is there a budget brand available in the UK which gives me options for under £250?

Whilst the boiler and heating pipes are so close, is there any merit in creating a DIY pipework system whereby I just route a load of pipes 'zig-zag fashion' in the required area, perhaps controlled by a radiator thermostatic valve?

Any advice is appreciated.

There is no cheap option, as you will still require a thermostatic blending valve for even the smallest of installations, and they are not cheap items.

You can't use a radiator valve, as that won't control the water temperature.
