You can get Tyvek by the metre on Amazon.
He perhaps means to independently 'flash' the window reveals, prior to wrapping. It will deal with the reveal corners and perhaps make a sort of drip flashing on the window header.
You'd then wrap the shed, over the widows then slash the corners of the wrap, into the windows - knowing that you have robustly dealt with the window corners previously.
