Lots of laws have been broken....but they dont state it has been broken, they change the law with given situations.

But we are talking about theory here.

You have to understand the differences, a theory is an explanation of what we have observed, Law is a description. Under certain conditions laws can be changed.

But eventally the moon WILL escape, it wont stay there for ever because the Earth wont be here for ever....so thats something that WILL change.

They laws of the universe should be called the Laws.... yet our laws (and theories) that describe the Laws are neither perfectly accurate, nor complete. There's a lot we don't know, i suspect.

But the laws that actually make the Universe work are different in the main to the laws that we use.... Mainly because we don't understand how the Universe works so all we can do for now is apply the laws that we have applied based on our own observations and theories.... Some of them may be correct but most of them miss by a mile and we will discover in the future when we apply out laws to new stuff and see if it works or not... In short we can never say that something cannot be done as we have no idea... Only when we know everything, and that will never happen
