Skirting board question - What does FIN mean?

Sorry if this is a dumb question.

Just looking at this skirting board on brandfords. It says "Bullnose Timber Skirting - Vths Redwood - 19 x 75mm (Fin Size 14x69mm) (per mtr)"

What does it mean by FIN? Ive looked online and the only info I can find is from A.I google *eye roll*. It says Fin size is the size you'll be getting. So it'll actually measure 69mm high and 14mm thick... Is this correct?

I need skirting board that's 19mm thick as the current one is this and anything smaller will leave a gap between the carpet and skirting board.

So by finished size, thats the actual size you're getting?
Seems a bit odd to give you dimensions of wood you're not getting.

It's a historical thing, timber sizes are "as sawn". So 2x4 would actually be 2" by 4" when sawn.
You might buy rough sawn and plane it down yourself, or you might buy it planed. In either case, 2x4 would end up less than 2" by 4" when it's been planed.
