Help please.

Looking to replace all the skirting in a bedroom but come across this issue.

I was going to scribe it using a coping saw but it will look awful against the adjoining wall due to the floor being out.

Any ideas?

You could scribed it to the floor and then into the corner.

Hi, thanks for the reply.

That did cross my mind funnily enough. I also thought maybe I could take a bit off the floor boards possibly easier than the scribing the bottom off.

Can you do a wider picture of where the floor starts to drop. You might be able to make a couple of vertical cuts in the skirting board on the right hand wall, and then keep in down on the floor. If you scribe the wonky skirting board so that you cut it to the contour of the floor, you'll need a jigsaw to trim the bottom of the skirting board to make it fit.

If that's the worst extent of the gap then I would scribe the skirt on the right into the floor.
As said have you got a wider shot of the wonky floor
