Try pushing door closed, if it’s been pulled while locked it may have jammed catch.
Its going to be either a failed Euro cylinder (lock) or the door mechanism.
Possibly more than a diy repair.
You could possibly test the cylinder by drilling or snapping the old one out but your going to want a spare cylinder handy to but in for security once the old one is wrecked.
If its the mech things get more complicated
