Slight change to plans...

Can anyone advise on this.

My current plans show an 1800mm single window on the rear elevation. I want to change this to two windows that are about 800 wide each, with a bit of wall separating them so that I can put a stud wall on the inside between them to create a dressing room and en-suite. Would the plans have to be amended and resubmitted for this, or is there any scope to make minor changes without having to resubmit.

I did something similar and just filled in a Non Material Amendment after talking to the planning chaps

Was it fairly straiggt forward? Did u have to submit a new set of drawings?

Filled in the form on the planning portal and gave them a drawing like your one above, waited 6 weeks and got an NMA approved doc through.

Just call or email the planning dept to ask what they require you to do as they are the ones who would make the decision. You can then reference that in the NMA if thats what they recommend.
