You have no idea where my manholes are and what the access to the drain is like.
I'd also like to reiterate that the drain could not be diverted and building control agreed.

There are plenty of houses with private drains under them. In fact probably more have than haven't. Not a problem as long as the drain is cleanable and there is a plan for if it fails.

After a mon th and half of having my info, the council have decided we have to submit a new planning application to cover the 800mm extra that we put on the extension.
Gutted!!!!
