British Gas engineer was out the other day to replace the diapghram on the divertor valve to give us hot water again, which he has. WHilst he was here, my partner mentioned to him that the hot water wasn't as hot as it used to be so his solution to this was to slow down the flow of water through the boiler.

Whilst the water is now piping hot, it doesn't exactly flood out of the taps or shower. I'd like to turn it back up slightly myself but am not sure how to do this on my boiler, it's a Worcester Bosch 240.

Any help appreciated?

well he either turned a valve down on the boiler either cold in or hot out or reduced the incoming pressure at your main stop valve or any other valve before or after the cold in/hot out before or after the boiler.

eer..not sure if that helps? :D
