My washing machine had been leaking for about a month - discovered a week ago. The only lasting damage I can see is that a couple of bits of the laminate flooring have raised at the edges, as shown in the picture:

The flooring doesn't seem to have got any worse since I stopped the leak but there is a slight squishing noise when i apply pressure to the problem area.
Could anyone advise me whether there are likely to be any further problems with closeby sections of laminate, and what action I should take, if any, in due course.
Luckily, it is only a small section, normally covered by a chair, so although it looks bad, i don't want to replace it unless other problems are likely.
