Smart meter installer - install isolator too?

Hello :)

There are male hex drivers (along with all the other types) which fit to a square drive ratchet that are called (rightly or wrongly) sockets.

Obviously one of these is not essential for the screws in question.
It just requires an Allen key or a hex (screw)driver.
