I had a Drayton Wiser smart system installed, replaced this after 2 replacement hubs which appeared to be faulty. Now installed Hive, all working well until this morning when we got up to no heating. The same problem we had with the Drayton system!
The app on both says the heating is on but until I switch the boiler off then on again the CH doesn’t kick in. It’s almost like the boiler refuses to accept any signals until it’s beem restarted?
It only happens every now and then, majority of the time the CH turns on and off as instructed. I’m not sure what it could be as it’s so intermittent? Any ideas?

Yes. Originally it was a wireless room thermostat which has been decommissioned. Then we put in Tado which has also been taken out.

sounds like an installation fault if two different systems are showing the same fault, which boiler do you have, make and model ?

Either a boiler fault or sticky gas meter governor, meter governors tend to stick more in the cold weather

Do you get any fault codes on the boiler display when it doesnt come on ?
