SmartCom - Connection Could Not Be Established

Hello,

I've previously been connecting Wintex to my Premier Elite 48 v5.02.01 via SmartCom V 3.01, it's recently stopped working. When attempting to connect Wintex displays "Status: Reading Panel Type and Serial Number " before the error "Connection with Control Panel could not be established"

My Texecom apps all still connect fine, it's just Wintex that won't connect. I've tried reconnecting via the App code and checked the panel details and UDL Password but can't seem to find the problem. Any help would be welcome.

update Wintex, security certificate as changed, already a thread about that on here.

That said Texecom are allowing end users cloud access now.
