smell from boiler

old glowworm majorca 346 back boiler put on tonight ,An hour later came home too strong tyre/electrical burning type smell coming from it this evening.Possible spillage from chimney???
any advise would be appreciated.

Turn it off and call a gsr engineer.

When did you last have it serviced? Turn it off straight away and call an engineer.

Jobs done.Turns out it was the pump that was faulty and given off electrical burning smell.
