smoky diesel van

Hi all I have a vauxhal vivaro
I've had a smoking problem for a while it smokes when cold until it was warm then smoke stoppes I had injectors tested and three were rubbish I had 4 new ones fitted all went in fine but van still smokes when cold but not as bad as b4 the smoke stinks of fuel any ideas wot it could be

its a 2007 millage is 60,000
It smokes for ages if u leave it idling but if you jump in and drive it it clears up pretty quick and only when cold it smokes
