So far I don't find any GSM alarm system that will send you sms if your system is being armed/ disarmed by remote.

AFAIK the texecom premier will, but only if you have it set to notifiy you of all arm / disarms, and thats going to get annoying pretty quick and expensive too.
I don't know of one specifically that does remote arm / disarm.
