Soil pipe

I have noticed that my neighbour has got no soil pipe out of her roof and every now and then there is a slight smell in the little room of my house which is next to her bathroom.

has she got to have one as i have looked and her house in the only one in the street without one?

They've probably (hopefully!) got a durgo valve fitted internally to vent your neighbours system. Unlikely to be the cause of smells in your bathroom.
